With over 8 years as a Senior Information Systems Security Manager at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Theodore has spent his career securing some of the Air Force's most critical and sensitive systems. He holds an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and has managed security authorization processes for cutting-edge DoD programs where failure wasn't an option. That experience taught him how to build compliant security programs that pass audits and satisfy authorization officials—not just produce documentation that sits on a shelf.
Theodore has deep expertise in the Risk Management Framework (RMF), NIST 800-53 and 800-171 compliance, eMASS workflows, and the authorization processes that defense contractors and government organizations must navigate. He knows what assessors look for, what documentation actually matters, and how to build security programs that meet DoD standards without unnecessary complexity.

Theodore is an ISC² Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and maintains an active Top Secret/SCI clearance. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Health and Science from Miami University and an Associate's degree in Information Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
